Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. pk1497 will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, void all associated winnings, and return the original deposit amount in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pk1497 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3.3 Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of pk1497 and its affiliated software providers are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in any promotional offers.
3.4 Only one pk1497 Account is permitted per person, per household address, per device, and per shared IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

5.1 All deposits to a pk1497 Account are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank. pk1497 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.
5.3 Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. pk1497 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Third-party deposits will be returned to the source and may trigger an account review.
5.4 pk1497 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pk1497 accepts no responsibility.
5.5 All deposit funds are held in segregated player fund accounts, separate from pk1497 operational funds, in accordance with responsible gaming and financial compliance best practice.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have passed full KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to submit the required documents before any withdrawal is processed.
6.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, pk1497 will process withdrawals via an alternative verified payment method in the player's name.

6.6 Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and converted bonus winnings that have met all wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
7.1 pk1497 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, PSL season promotions and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms published on the relevant promotion page.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
7.3 Bonus Funds and real-money funds may be held separately within the pk1497 Account. Where both are present, real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the relevant game promotion specifies otherwise.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or betting event, pk1497 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' PKR Wallets. This decision is final.
8.4 Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international Test, ODI and T20 markets, are governed by the betting rules applicable to each market type. Ante-post bets stand subject to the stated run conditions for each event.
8.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per market and per account tier. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and may be adjusted by pk1497 at any time.

11.3 pk1497 is not liable for any interruption, delay or failure of the platform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, power failures, government actions or force majeure events.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 pk1497 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
12.2 By registering a pk1497 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including KYC data, transaction records and gameplay history.
12.3 pk1497 will never sell, rent or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to KYC verification providers, payment processors and regulatory bodies as required by law.
